Returns & Refunds Policy
At Drift, we take great care in creating thoughtfully made pieces designed to be used and loved for years to come. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused,
- in original condition,
- free from marks or wear,
- and returned with original packaging and tags.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
Faulty or Damaged Items
We carefully inspect all products before dispatch, however if your item arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- and clear photographs where possible.
If approved, we will offer:
- a replacement,
- repair,
- store credit,
- or full refund
depending on the nature of the issue.
Natural Material Variations
Many Drift products are made using natural materials including waxed cotton canvas and leather.
Please note that:
- tonal variation,
- creasing,
- markings,
- and patina development
are natural characteristics of these materials and are not considered faults.
Waxed canvas is specifically designed to develop character and soften with use over time.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Drift cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for change of mind returns unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
