Shipping Information

At Drift, we aim to make shipping as simple and reliable as possible so your order reaches you quickly and safely.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Australia via Australia Post.


Processing Times

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of purchase during business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • During collection launches or busy periods, dispatch times may vary slightly

We offer both:

  • Regular Post
  • Express Post

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that international orders may experience delays outside of our control once they have left Australia.


Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email,
  • tracking details,
  • and a link to monitor your delivery progress.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 6 hours of purchase.

While we will always do our best to accommodate changes, orders that have already been packed or dispatched may no longer be able to be modified.
